New Features Launched on Designtourney.com

As you may have noticed... the team has recently launched some new snazzy features on Designtourney.com. This includes a new blog :) as well as the launch of Designtourney.com PRO and Designtourney Affiliate. The blog is designed as a place for us to share useful resources, notes on website updates and the general direction of our company and our development team. We also hope to feature creatives and clients through this interface. Many of our site improvements are based on real life feedback from users of the site and we want those people to be acknowledged.

About Designtourney.com PRO. We built this with the professional designer in mind. We wanted a way that we could help designers grow their own business outside of Designtourney.com. Designtourney.com PRO allows you to find traditional business and power your initial design process through the site. Designers can pick their favorite designs and generate a PDF to send off to their clients for review. This allows designers who are working full time or who have other obligations to take on an infinite level of new clients without having to move into office space or immediately hire a back office staff.

Designtourney.com Affiliate is our way of rewarding fans of Designtourney.com who help us grow our site. Read the affiliate page to get the details... but the program is designed to put cash in your hand every time your refer either a new client or a new talented designer.

We know many of you have also been asking for a true forum to be developed... and we are working on it as we speak! We expect to be launching it in the very near future so that the community can discuss the site and other graphic design topics in general.

Update: we hav launched the forum. The "Announcement" forum is only for us site administrators to keep you notified of new things, down time, maintenance etc. Designers can start threads right now in every forum except for the "Project Leader" forum, which is designed for our project leaders to discuss their experience with designtourney. We look forward to your participation.
